This is to reduce 3/8 inch to 1/4 inch. Also for a lot of Rollei and Leica cameras and accessories. Here seen on a Rolleiflex camera. The camera is not included.

This is a rare ball & socket head. With 3/8 inch thread on the down side and 1/4 inch on the top side. Some traces of aging are visible. It comes with the adapter to reduce 3/8 inch to 1/4 inch.
